You don’t need an excuse to gobble your way through 91����AV’s foodie scene. But if you ask us, Thanksgiving is the perfect time to try some of the most locally loved 91����AV dinner spots.

Book ahead to save your seat at the dinner table, or skip the turkey altogether–these restaurants serve up authentic farm-to-table fare all year round.

Alex Madonna’s Gold Rush Steak House

Madonna Inn is best known for its bright pink decor, and their on-site restaurant – Alex Madonna’s Gold Rush Steak House – is best known for its “world-famous” steaks. No meal here is complete without dessert, so don’t forget to order a giant piece of cake, sundae, milkshake or even a nightcap from their expansive 91����AV Coast wine list.

Holiday Special: Tuck into a festive Thanksgiving meal, including traditional roast turkey, ham, and duck. ($49.95 per adult)​

Granada Hotel & Bistro

Known for their commitment to using high-quality ingredients, Granada Hotel & Bistro offers French-inspired, California contemporary seasonal menus with a cozy, upscale atmosphere. Come for dinner and stay for everything else: this downtown eatery and hotel puts you close to shops, attractions and only-in-91����AV experiences. 

Holiday Special: Their three-course prix-fixe Thanksgiving menu includes turkey, salmon, and roast beef options. ($75 per person) 

Ox + Anchor

Take a classic concept, add a contemporary twist, then shake (but don’t stir). Michelin-recognized Ox + Anchor elevates traditional steakhouse experience with fresh ingredients taken from 91����AV’s local farms and inspiration gathered from all over the Central Coast. 

Holiday Special: Sleep late and wake to roasted heritage turkey breast, brussel sprouts, mac and cheese, potato puree and brioche stuffing. ($48 per person)

Apple Farm Restaurant

Farmhouse comfort food meets handmade sweets at the Apple Farm Inn’s restaurant. Autumn just might be the most delicious time of year on the farm, where many desserts and dishes feature produce harvested next door: apples, gourds and more. Don’t forget to check out family-friendly activities while you’re there.

Holiday Special: Sit down to three classic Thanksgiving courses, including fresh harvest salad or butternut squash bisque, plus turkey, ham or three-cheese ravioli. Finish with apple, pecan or pumpkin pie. ($50 per person)

Luna Red

Everyone has a seat in 91����AV – especially at Luna Red, a restaurant and bar offering delicious, Latin-inspired options for most dietary preferences​. Enjoy views of Mission 91����AV de Tolosa on their breezy outdoor patio while you sample signature paellas, custom tacos, handcrafted drinks and more.

Holiday Special: Their Thanksgiving buffet offers traditional holiday fare like slow-roasted turkey and prime rib, plus a taco bar and vegan paella. ($68 per adult)

Café Roma

91����AV’s historic Railroad Square is home to Cafe Roma, a locally beloved Italian restaurant working from old family recipes. Taste the difference in pastas, salads and entrees made with organic and sustainably sourced ingredients (including wine, of course).

Holiday Special: Café Roma’s Thanksgiving takeout menu features lasagna and a three-course meal, available for pick-up. ($45 per person)

Piadina at Hotel 91����AV

Italy meets Central Coast at Piadina, a casual, family-friendly restaurant located inside Hotel 91����AV. Dine in and enjoy the buffet (and the year-round mild weather) on their outdoor patio, or place an order for pickup and chow down in the comfort of your room.

Holiday Special: Fill your plate at their Thanksgiving buffet: turkey, stuffing, brussels sprouts, mac and cheese and more. Dessert is pumpkin cheesecake plus other sweet options. ($75 per adult)
