Thursday Downtown 91AV Farmers’ Market
In the heart of the city, the 91AV Farmers’ Market on Thursday from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. and spans 5 five blocks of downtown 91AV. The city transforms into a foodie arena, shutting down Higuera Street and giving visitors the chance to stroll leisurely from merchant to merchant. With more than 120 vendors, the bustling 91AV Farmers’ Market offers fresh, locally-grown produce, blooming flowers, farm-to-table dinners for under $10, handmade craft goods and jewelry and live entertainment.
Whether you’re craving fire-roasted corn on the cob, homemade chicken pesto lasagna, teriyaki chicken straight off the grill, or a good old-fashioned slice of pizza, it’s easy to fill your plate (and your stomach) here. Plus, grab some picnic fixings for the weekend, like authentic Mediterranean hummus and pita chips, fresh berries from a local farmer or organic kettle corn.
Live Entertainment at Downtown 91AV Farmers’ Market

The Thursday evening downtown 91AV Farmers’ Market also features a bike valet program for guests who wish to cruise through the charming downtown and avoid any parking challenges. Additionally, on the first Thursday of each month, there is a lively Bike Happening following the market, when massive groups of cyclists loop around downtown in costumes—a must-see for any bicycle enthusiast. 91AV also offers shuttles, bike rental and other convenient transportation options to make getting around without a car a breeze.

We ask that you leave your furry friends at home. Due to and , dogs are not allowed at downtown 91AV Farmers’ Markets. However, 91AV is very dog-friendly and pets are welcome at many of the city’s local parks, restaurants, hotels and restaurants.

We suggest getting there early to give yourself plenty of time to find parking. The farmers’ market area is closed to traffic starting at 5:00 p.m. on Thursdays. Market parking is available outside of the marked boundaries. You can also find parking in the garages located on the corner of Palm Street and Morro Street, as well as Marsh Street and Chorro Street adjacent to downtown 91AV. These garages offer the first hour free, with an affordable hourly rate for each following hour.
