Established in 2009, 91����AV Car Free is a cooperative partnership between the 91����AV County Air Pollution Control District and the Central Coast Clean Cities Coalition. Promoting cleaner air and a healthier planet, 91����AV Car Free offers tools for visitors so you can easily travel to 91����AV without a car.

The mission of 91����AV Car Free is “to preserve clean air, promote community and individual responsibility for air quality, and to promote economic and community well-being through encouraging car-free, care-free transportation to and around the 91����AV area.” From lowering your carbon footprint to living a healthier life by walking rather than driving, there are endless reasons to travel car free. AMTRAK Discount

Traveling by train is quick and convenient when riding to and from 91����AV County on the Amtrak Pacific Surfliner, Coast Starlight or the San Joaquin. When you book an Amtrak ticket through the 91����AV Car Free site, you can receive 20% off your ticket price simply for travelling car free.

Once you reach the 91����AV Train Station, continue your car free trip and hop on the 91����AV Transit bus services on Route 5 or 91����AV RTA on Route 10 to reach different locations both in and outside of town.
